5 Steps to a Better MLM Loyalty Program

You know that loyalty programs can and do attract and retain customers. Here are 5 steps to a better mlm loyalty program. The video by manthansystems.com illustrates these steps which are summarized below.

1) Get feedback from your customers.

Ask them what they like about your products and what they don’t like. Ask about the customer service provided by yourself as a networker and that which is provided by your respective mlm company. Ask about the ordering process and see if they register any complaints. Ask about how satisfied they are with your mlm loyalty program. Ask how they feel it could be improved. There are many important questions which can help you improve your offerings, your customer service, and the associated customized loyalty program that is available to them.

2) Update your customer database on a consistent basis.

Note their most frequently purchased products. Modify the offerings that are emailed to them. Personalize emails sent to them based on their specific needs and wants.

3) Give them multi-channel purchase options.

Some people prefer to order from their computers while others via their smartphones or tablets. When you don’t offer them purchasing options through various channels, then you inhibit sales.

4) Make sure the information related to their loyalty rewards is readily accessible.

For example, customers want to quickly and easily access how many points, or actual dollars, they have accrued and how those reward points or dollars can be used to secure certain gifts or services they value.

5) Use Social Media to identify and interact with your loyal customers.

Via social media you can announce new enhancements to your mlm loyalty program. You can also thank them for being loyal customers and congratulate those who have received certain loyalty rewards. You can incorporate viral social media campaigns whereby presently loyal customers spread the word to others about your products and loyalty program.

This is not mentioned on the video but make sure you measure the effectiveness of your mlm loyalty program. Test and track your results each time you modify certain elements of your loyalty program. It’s the only way you’ll really know if you’re strengthening the program or weakening it.
