It’s that time of the year again when networkers are preparing their MLM New Year’s wish lists.   What does Debbi A. Ballard include in her short list for the mlm network marketing industry?   Continue reading.

Here’s Debbi A. Ballard’s MLM New Year’s Wish Listin the year ahead, I wish

-         that more networkers learn how to separate fact from fiction when it comes to legitimate ways of marketing their businesses offline and online

-         that more networkers commit to working consistently on developing their businesses instead of jumping from one opportunity to the next

-         that more opportunity seekers learn about mlm compensation plans so that they more fully understand how they would really get paid were they to join an mlm company  (Would you take a job without knowing what to expect for your time and effort?)

-         that more mlm companies understand the importance of garnering feedback from networkers at all ranks in their programs, not just from the “leaders”

-         that more mlm companies try to mediate disputes between one another instead of resorting to lawsuits that end up harming both firms and damaging the businesses of their respective networkers

-         that the mlm industry as a whole comes together more to a) promote high standards and help eradicate any activities harmful to consumers and/or opportunity seekers and b) defend all that is good and honorable about our industry

Commit to doing good for others, not just in your personal life, but in your business life in the mlm network marketing industry.  “Helping people help others” has real meaning in our line of business.  Serve as an example of that.  That’s my final wish on this MLM New Year’s Wish List from me, your chief blogger, Debbi A. Ballard.

Happy New Year!  Thank you for embracing mlm best practices here at mlm consultants’ blog.

  1. Debbi, That’s a great wish list! I especially like the first 3. Networker marketers and those looking for opportunities need to do more on the front end in order for them to have any hope for success. Successful investors understand the importance of due diligence. Knowing all there is to know about a company and then how their opportunity works prevents “surprises” down the line. Best regards for the New Decade, Kevin

  2. Thanks, Kevin. Yes, while many good home-based business opportunities are available, not all are quality offerings. Best wishes to you in the New Year!

  3. Hi Debbi :D

Happy New Year to you… and I agree wholeheartedly with your wishlist.

Hopefully we’ll see fewer new companies this year and much better offerings.

  4. John, Happy New Year’s to you as well, my friend. I’m heading out soon to Las Vegas to cover Affiliate Summit West and will be reporting back here sharing more insights on the convergence of mlm and affiliate marketing. 2010 will be a year where we’ll see a dramatic increase in the number of those participating in the convergence in some way, shape or form.

  5. Super-Duper site! I am loving it!! Will come back again – taking your feeds too now, Thanks.
