MLM Legal Compliance

MLM legal compliance is an area of study that is often overlooked by networkers in their respective MLM businesses. Many appear to concentrate on their sales and marketing efforts and assume that the MLM company is the party that really needs to focus on MLM legal issues.

This is fallacious thinking that can put a networker in jeopardy.

Many networkers get complacent about educating themselves about their legal responsibilities thinking that as long as they are not blatantly making misrepresentations about the product or the MLM opportunity, they are pretty safe from scrutiny.

This is one notion that has to be stricken from a networker’s view regarding how to build a strong, enduring MLM business.

Getting properly educated on MLM legal issues should be a priority for anyone serious about building a sound, reputable MLM network marketing endeavor.

You need to understand these issues so that you know how to select a legitimate MLM company.

You need to be able to understand how you must operate in order to keep your independent MLM networking business on a solid legal foundation.

Plus, you need to be able to transmit this vital information to your downline to help them to operate ethically and within legal parameters.

There is an abundance of inaccurate information that is being disseminated online and offline about MLM legal compliance. Sad to say, even some well-known, well intentioned MLM trainers, MLM speakers and other MLM support vendors have promulgated these inaccuracies.

For someone like myself, who has made a concerted effort to spread the word about the importance of educating oneself on MLM compliance issues for over twenty years and who is an MLM expert witness, this is alarming to me.

Those who have followed my books and articles, read my report on MLM Compensation Plans, have been enlightened. I do not give MLM legal advice but instead provide information relating to first hand experience in dealing with MLM legal compliance isues in my many years of doing MLM consulting and working with government regulators on behalf of the MLM industry.

However, my efforts and the efforts presently made by some others, are not enough.

With MLM Consultants’ Blog, we will explore these critical MLM legal issues with some of the brightest MLM legal minds in the world. And together, with your input (comments from MLM networkers, MLM company owners and managers along with MLM software, MLM consulting, and other such support firms), MLM best practices will be developed and disseminated regarding MLM legal compliance.

Yes, MLM Consultants’ Blog is the place to be for the very best in MLM.
